birthday invitation help please!?

This is a dumb question but i m having my sweet 16 in a few weeks. On the outside of the card it says ” and invitation” then it says ‘for’ in the inside. In that blank do I write the persons name i am inviting or do I write my name since the party is for me? Then in one of the blanks it says ‘hosted by’, is it better to write my name because its hosted by me or do I write “mom and dad”? This is my first party so these questions are pretty weard. Both my prents keep telling me different awnsers so I don’t know what to put.

I think that after the “For…”, you should put (Your name)’s Sweet Sixteen and then “Hosted by…” (Your name).
