Cards and Invitations for All Occasions

Although we seem to do everything online these days, there is still nothing like receiving a personalized printed card  or invitation, weather it be delivered by hand or received through the mail.

Printed Cards

Receiving a personalized card is one of the best feelings, knowing that the sender has taken the time when selecting, or designing and actually making a card, especially for you. Although some of us may not have experienced receiving a handmade card, most of us would have been involved in some form of card making, when we were kids or back in school.

Whether it is a Christmas card, birthday card, get-well-soon card,  wedding card, graduation  card, or just a card to simply say hello, sending a personalized card will not only be of great satisfaction to yourself, but also make the receiver feel just that bit more special.

To make a personalized card, all you really need to buy is a high quality specialized paper and other card making materials, to suite your theme. You can probably find a lot of these materials around the home, leftover glitter, spare buttons, magazine clippings, in fact some items may have been destine for the trash can! Any other card craft supplies, are readily available at your local craft shop, or an online craft store.

Printed Invitations

There will be several occasions when you will need to send out printed invitations to friends and relatives for Birthday Parties, Weddings Invitations or  Anniversaries, Baby Showers,  Christmas or New Year parties, etc.  As with Printed Cards you will be sending  Printed Invitations of your own design, the only difference is that you will be sending several invitation cards, as opposed to just one printed card. Once you have created a design for your invitation cards, it is then fairly simple and inexpensive to duplicate your design on your computer , this will give you the option to print out your invitations to be delivered by hand, or sending them online.

WEDDING INVITATION CARDS

As with Printed Cards, high quality paper or card is essential when making your invitations you may need materials to attach to the card, but usually invitation cards have a written theme, for example Wedding Invitations are usually on white card with embossed motif and script, and maybe a picture/photo of the happy couple also printed on the invitation.
